Sensor Identify

SENSOR IDENTIFY is a sensor based sorter with an inductive bar, which uses the electrical conductivity of the individual particles as a separation feature.

Induction sensors detect the electrical conductivity of the particles fed in, in order to sort them accordingly. The machine impresses with its high level of accuracy, when sorting particles with different electrical conductivity, such as metals and non-metals. The conductive metals are often sorted from low-value material streams with a high proportion of plastic, wood or minerals. Detected particles are sorted out using compressed air to ensure precise separation.
