SORT FLUID is a revolutionary process that replaces traditional wet sink-float sorting while eliminating the use of liquids. This dry sorting process offers numerous advantages, including a higher density cut (4.5 kg/dm³), high purity and, above all, dry processing.

Through an innovative combination of air flow, a special bed material and gravity, the metals are reliably and precisely sorted according to their average particle density. This enables the separation of light and heavy metals with an exceptionally high purity of up to > 99%.
